COURSE DETAILS:
There will be a lecture and hands-on segment to this course.  You will learn to: 1) perform Endodontics in a predictable, reproducible manner and 2) how to do root canal therapy in such a manner that you will be able to offer your patients a long-term dentition option as an alternative to implants.  The lecture will cover aspects such as access preparation, non-surgical ultrasonic use, rotary file design, and instrumentation techniques.  The hands-on session provides the participants the opportunity to use "Precision-Based" techniques to "machine a preparation" and to obturate canals utilizing the latest Real World Endo technology.  Additionally, a new post technique will be discussed that will facilitate the restoration of the endodontically treated tooth.

PRESENTER:
A Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics, Dr. Richard Herman received his DDS degree from NY University College of Dentistry and his certificate in Endodontics from the Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center.  Dr. Herman has been in endodontic practice for over 35 years as well as an attending in Endodontics at Long Island Jewish Hospital in New Hyde Park, NY.  Dr. Herman also serves as an adjunct Professor in Post Graduate Endodontics at NOVA Southeastern University.  As a member of Real World Endo’s Board of Advisors, Dr. Herman is certified to conduct lectures and seminars on Precision-Based Endodontics.
